Getting updates done to your website has now become easier with this portal where you can submit website maintenance and have that work done — typically within 24-48 hours.

By going through a few, simple steps, you can be on your way to getting website maintenance done and off your list!

Step #1: Submit the Work to Us and Set Tasks

Submit your website maintenance project. A project can be an update to one page, multiple updates ("tasks" we call them) to one page or have tasks completed on multiple pages. We'll show you how to do it.

Step #2: Get Our Quote or Get It Done Now

Once you are done adding pages and tasks for those pages, you can then either get a quote for the work or submit the work along with an authorized amount of time. When you authorize time, we will work up to that amount of time if we need to. We will then report back what we've done and what remains, if anything — along with a quote for the remaining work.

Step #3: Use Maintenance Blocks to Pay for the Work

One Maintenance Block is a half hour of time, so 1 hour of work is 2 Maintenance Blocks.

Most updates will take a half hour since we need to organize the files to work on, create backup files, update content, add pictures, upload the changes, test the work in various web browsers, document the work and then creating a final report for you. This is more cost effective since our customers usually send at least a half hour of work to us.
