Getting updates done to your website has now become easier with this portal where you can submit website maintenance and updates and have that work done typically within 24-48 hours. If you are unfamiliar with this system, we will help you use it. If you've been here before, then you can login above and submit a new project right now.

By going through a few steps, you can be on your way to getting website maintenance done!

On the next page, you will be able to submit your website maintenance project. A project can be an update to one page, multiple updates ("tasks" we call them) to one page or have tasks completed on multiple pages.

Once you are done adding pages and tasks for those pages, you can then either get a quote for the work or submit the work along with an authorized amount of time. When you authorize time, we will work up to that amount of time if we need to. We will then report back what we've done and what remains, if anything — along with a quote for the remaining work. The time used for website maintenance is called Maintenance Blocks.

What is a Maintenance Block?

One Maintenance Block is a half hour of time, so 1 hour of work is 2 Maintenance Blocks.

We do it this way for a few reasons. First, most updates will take a half hour if we're first downloading the files to work on, creating backup files, updating some content, adding pictures, uploading the changes, testing the work in various web browsers and then creating a final report for you. Secondly, it's more cost effective for our customers to send at least a half hour's worth of work to us.
