Notes We have turn off dealer access for a product, it means we provide public access to purchase a product by seeing its price.

- Create custom option for Virtuemart and set a flag for each product: 10 blocks
- Create a provision on the admin side to set a product as a publicly available product to purchase: 3 blocks
- Write a condition to enable the Quantity box, price, Add to Cart and Checkout button: 8 blocks
- Project Management, Estimate and QA: 2 blocks
